摘    要:光伏发电系统与电动汽车充电站的集成,可以促进光伏发电就地消纳,降低充电负荷对配电网的影响,有效减少电动汽车的间接碳排放。针对商业楼宇光伏充电站,考虑其停车需求及充电需求的一致性,提出了一种典型的运营模式;考虑环境、经济效益以及对配电网的影响等因素,建立了评价光伏充电站长期运营效用的综合评估指标体系;针对日间实际运行场景,设计了计及光伏发电消纳与服务质量的充电策略;最后,基于实际统计数据进行了仿真研究,分析评估了光伏充电站的日间运行效果与长期综合效用。

Abstract:The integration of photovoltaic (PV) generation system and electric vehicles (EVs) charging station is able to promote the local consumption of PV power, reduce the impact of charging load on the distribution network and the indirect carbon emission of EVs. A typical operation mode was proposed for a PV charging station of commercial building with considering the consistency of parking demands and charging demands. Taking the environmental, economic benefits and their influences on distribution network into consideration, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for the long-term operation effectiveness of the PV charging station. Besides, a charging strategy was designed based on PV power consumption and service quality according to the daily actual operation scene. Finally, the simulation was carried out based on actual statistical data; the daily running effect and long-term comprehensive effect of PV charging station were analyzed and assessed.
