摘    要:以电池管理系统中的电池荷电状态估算策略为研究对象,采用扩展卡尔曼滤波算法,在Matlab SimuLink/Stateflow中搭建了仿真模型,并验证了模型的正确性;使用dSPACE公司的TargetLink自动代码生成工具,完成了模型转换、在环仿真、代码生成。生成的代码下载到CPU为Freescale的EVB9S12XEP100系列芯片的电路板调试。测试结果与理论结果的误差在可接受范围内,生成的代码尺寸和堆栈使用情况满足芯片的处理能力要求,软件能够稳定运行。

Abstract:Taking the estimate strategy of the SOC (state of charge) in battery management system as research object, this paper used extended Kalman filter algorithm to established the simulation model in Matlab SimuLink/Stateflow, and verified the correctness of the model. The TargetLink automatic code generation tool of the dSPACE company was used to complete the model transformation, in-the-loop simulation and code generation. The generated code was downloaded to the debugging circuit board which used Freescale EVB9S12XEP100 as the CPU. The deviation of test results and theoretical results is in an acceptable range, the size of generated code, the stack usage can satisfy the demands of chip processing capacity and the software can operate stably.
