摘    要:针对目前电站煤粉锅炉大油抢点火和助燃耗油大的问题,从理论上对应用较为广泛的小油枪点火技术、微油气化点火技术、等离子点火技术、少油点火技术和高温空气点火技术进行了比较,并从不同角度分析了上述节油点火技术的优缺点。在此基础上,对大唐晖春发电有限公司2×300 MW级燃煤机组采用少油点火技术进行节油改造,改造后的节油效果显著,为同类型的火力发电机组的节能降耗技术改造提供参考。

Abstract:Considering the great increase of igniting and combustion-supporting oil consumption by pulverized coal-fired boiler power plants,in this article we compared the more widespread used technology of small oil gun ignition technology, micro oil gasification ignition technology, plasma ignition technology, few oil ignition technology and high temperature air ignition technology. And analyzed good and bad points of above saved gas and oil the ignition technology from the different angle. On this basis, using few oil ignition technology carried on the transformation of save gas and oil in hunchun power plant with 2×300 MW coal fired steamer unit. After that save oil effect is greatly. This article provides help of technology transformation on energy conservation consumes for the same type’s thermoelectricity generation units.
