摘    要:研究了电点火具用点火药中Si粉、Pb3O4组分,以及点火药球磨时间等因素对电点火具性能的影响.结果表明,不同种类的Si粉、球磨时间等因素对电点火具的绝缘电阻及桥丝熔断时间影响显著.通过加入无定形硅粉,并延长球磨时间10h,绝缘电阻、桥丝熔断时间等指标均符合产品技术要求.

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of silica powder, lead tetroxide and grinding time on the property of electric igniter is studied. The results shows that different kinds of silica powder and grinding time have obvious influence on insulate resistance and fusing time of bridge wire. By adding amorphous silica powder, and prolonging the grinding time lOh, the insulate resistance and the fusing time of bridge wire are all satisfied with the requirement.
