高压电网过电压在线监测数据采集方法研究

摘    要:为了保证电网的安全运行,介绍了一种利用变压器电容式套管,安装特制的电压传感器组成套管分压系统,从电容式套管的末屏抽头处实时采集电网过电压信号的方法后,分析了过电压在线监测数据采集系统各组成部分的基本原理和具体实现方法,并提出了在线监测软件的设计思想和软件运行流程图,最后在实验室利用电容式套管对该装置的性能进行实测。结果表明该系统的响应特性良好,测量精度高,工作情况稳定可靠,满足电网过电压监测的要求,达到了预期设计目标。

Abstract:Overvoltage is a critical factor of that influence the security of the power system.It is due necessary to do the research on overvoltage so as to guarantee safe operation of power grid.This paper presents a method that a special designed voltage transducer is installed at the tap of bushing to get the voltage signal from the power grid.First,it briefly introduces structure of the whole system and its operational principle.And then,structure and parameters setting of the voltage transducer mounted at tap of bushing are presented in detail.The paper introduces the primary principles and concretes method of overvoltage online monitoring data acquisition system,particularly discusses the scheme and the function of signal transformation circuit and trigger circuit.Moreover,it briefly illustrates the operational principle of data acquisition card.Discrete design pattern is chosen as the system software organizing form in this paper.The online monitoring software idea and flowchart are introduced in detail.The paper accomplishes the adjustment and test to the whole overvoltage online monitoring system.The tests are accomplished in lab by using capacitive bushing as a testing platform.The test results indicate that the design scheme and the realization method brought forward in this paper can satisfy the requirements of overvoltage monitoring in power grid,and obtain the anticipated target.
