自动加药浓缩机超声检测技术

摘    要:选煤厂浓缩机普遍根据干煤泥量控制絮凝剂添加量,但用伽马射线密度计检测煤泥水的浓度不易实现自动加药。把超声技术用于煤泥水浓度检测,可以解决问题。

Abstract:The method of controlling flocculating agent addition according to the dry coal-mud quantity for concentrator is popular in coal-preparation plant,but the application of gamma ray desimeter to the concentration-detection of coal-mud is inconvenient for automatic agent addition.The application of ultrasonic measurement technology to the measurement of coal-mud concentration solves the problem.
