| 摘 要： | 介绍了造成德士古冰煤浆加压气化炉渣堵的几个影响因素，并分析了产生原因，从选用优质耐火砖，稳定气化炉运行，严格控制炉温，使用破渣机等几个方面提出了预防气化炉渣堵的有效措施。

| Abstract: | A presentation is given of some factors that affect slag plugging in the Texaco coal water slurry pressurized gasifier, the causes for its occurrence are analyzed, and measures are proposed for the prevention of slag plugging in the gasifier with respect to the choice of high grade refractory bricks, stabilization of gasifier operation, strict control of gasifier temperature, and use of the slag crusher. |
