津酒老窖泥己酸菌的筛选及培养条件的优化

摘    要:本试验从津酒老窖泥中筛选出两株己酸菌,并对其培养条件进行了优化。结果显示,当pH值为6,酒精浓度为3%vol,培养温度为34℃,蛋白胨含量为4 g/L时,己酸菌生长最为旺盛且产己酸含量最高,为最适培养条件。

Abstract:In the experiment, two caproic acid bacteria strains were isolated from aged pit mud of Jinjiu and their culture conditions were optimized. The results revealed that, the growth of caproic acid bacteria was the best and its caproic acid yield was the highest as pH value was 6, alcohol content was 3 %vol, culture temperature was at 34 ℃, and peptone content was 4 g/L.
