摘    要:由于酿造汾酒需要大量高粱的原因,高粱在山西汾阳市每年有大面积种植,解决高粱全程机械化问题,尤其是高粱机械化收获的问题已显得非常重要。在汾阳市高粱收获期,采用雷沃谷神GM80(4LZ-8M)谷物联合收割机和巨明4LZ-8.0A型自走式谷物联合收割机进行高粱收获损失、含杂、破损和未脱壳试验,数据分析表明:巨明4LZ-8.0A型自走式谷物联合收割机,其作业质量更接近相关行业标准,其损失率为4.1%、含杂率为6.8%、破损率为2.7%、未脱壳率为15.8%。该研究可以为高粱产业的发展提供技术装备支撑。

Abstract:Due to the large amount of sorghum required for brewing fenjiu(a kind of Chinese wine),sorghum is planted in large areas every year in Fenyang,Shanxi,and it is very important to solve the problem of sorghum mechanization,especially the mechanized harvest of sorghum.During the sorghum harvest period in Fenyang City,the Lovol Goshen GM80(4LZ-8M)grain combine and the Juming 4LZ-8.0A self-propelled grain combine were used for sorghum harvest losses,impurities,breakage and non-shedding.The shell test and data analysis show that the Juming 4LZ-8.0A self-propelled grain combine harvester has a working quality closer to the relevant industry standards,with a loss rate of 4.1%,an impurity rate of 6.8%,a breakage rate of 2.7%,The unshelled rate was 15.8%.This research can provide technical equipment support for the development of sorghum industry.
