摘    要:文章提出农业装载机械多领域统一仿真优化模型及其优化设计策略解决农业装载机械设计问题,基于知识导航的方法建立了农业装载机械多领域系统模型,通过全局综合满意度尽量大寻优策略协调得到最优解,采用基于知识的农业装载机械设计仿真过程管理技术对设计过程的数据,项目进行管理。开发了农业装载机械多领域仿真优化设计平台,并以多功能装载机仿真优化设计过程验证论文的正确性和有效性,对农业机械领域的数字化设计有参考价值。

Multi-field Simulation Research and Optimization of Agricultural Loading Machinery

Abstract:The paper put forward to multi-disciplinary uniform model method and optimism strategy to solve the problem,At first,the paper give the method to quickly construct uniform simulation and optimism model based on knowledge guidance,then get optimum solution by satisfying maximum global comprehensive satisfaction degree,at last,adopt simulation process management technology to manage design data,project.Based on the research result,agricultural loading machinery multidisciplinary simulation and optimization platform has been developed,and a type of agricultural loading machinery---multifunctional loader has been designed by the platform,which confirms the platform is effectively and correctly,and the study is significant value to the engineering mechanical design.
