白酒产业结构优化升级路径的研究

为了提高白酒产业发展竞争力,急需优化升级其产业结构,为此针对我国白酒产业结构优化升级路径进行研究。分析了白酒产业结构优化概念以及主要内容,并通过产业渗透和技术融合、将落后产能产业淘汰、大力发展新兴产业三个步骤的循环运行分析了产业结构优化升级的一般过程。在分析白酒产业结构升级路径及战略的基础上,优化产业转型选择路径。以白酒产业结构升级战略定位调节、升级思路和发展目标调节、升级路径战略业务转型三方面构成产业结构升级路径战略内容,利用构建产业发展战略信息体系并跟踪产业结构战略环境变化、加强提升产业升级战略动态能力、合理调节升级战略和企业战略转型、构建升级战略评估和反馈调节策略等方面得到产业升级战略决策程序。通过白酒产业结构优化升级的战略性建议,力求为白酒产业的发展提供可靠支撑。

Structure Optimization and Upgrade Path of Chinese Baijiu Industry

In order to improve the competitiveness of Baijiu industry,it is urgent to optimize and upgrade its industrial structure.In this paper we studied the optimization and upgrade path of Baijiu industry.We analyzed the concept and the main content of industrial structure optimization,and analyzed the general process of industrial structure optimization from the aspects of industrial penetration and technology integration,elimination of backward capacity,and development of new industries.On the basis of analyzing the upgrade path and strategy of Baijiu industry,we proposed the optimization path of Biajiu industrial transformation.The upgrade strategy of Baijiu industry includes strategic positioning,upgrading ideas and development goals,and strategic transformation.The upgrade process includes the construction of the industrial development information system,the tracking of the changes in the strategic environment,the strengthening of the industrial upgrade dynamic power,the adjustment of strategy,the construction of evaluation and feedback regulation system of the upgrade strategy,etc.By putting forward strategic advices for the optimization and upgrade of the Baijiu industry,we hope to provide reliable support for the development of Baijiu industry.
