| 摘 要： | 建立白酒中同时检测己酸乙酯和己酸的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。酒样加入内标物后直接进样,通过R2、精密度试验、回收率试验对方法进行了验证。结果表明,该方法满足检测要求,其方法的操作简单方便,结果较为准确可靠。

| Abstract: | In this study,a method for the determination of caproic acid and ethyl caproate content simultaneously in Wine by GC had been developed.After mixed with internal standard,the samples were separated.The method was verified by R2,precision test and recovery test.The results show that the method conform to for the test requirements,the operation is simple and convenient,and the results are accurate and reliable. |
