食品中农药残留检测的样品前处理技术

摘    要:食品中农药残留检测样品检测,能够及时发现存在的问题,加强防范和处置,切实保证源头上食品的安全。文章首先阐述了食品中农药残留检测技术以及样品前处理技术的内涵,然后对目前食品中农药残留检测的样品前处理技术体系进行了分析,最后提出了相关的对策,以供参考。

Sample Pretreatment Technology for Pesticide Residue Detection in Food

Abstract:With the development of the national socialist market economy,industry supervision has been continuously strengthened,and related requirements in various fields such as food processing and production have been continuously improved.Strengthening the pre-sample testing of pesticide residues in food can detect problems in time,and then strengthen prevention and disposal to ensure the safety of food at the source.This article first describes the connotation of pesticide residue detection technology in food and sample pretreatment technology,then analyzes the current sample preparation technology system for pesticide residue detection in food,and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures for reference.
