中国白酒金三角酒文化旅游资源探析

由四川省泸州市、宜宾市,贵州省遵义市组成的中国白酒金三角区域酿酒历史悠久,拥有丰富的酒文化旅游资源和深厚的酿酒历史文化。本文通过实地考察和文献研究相结合的方法,旨在通过对中国白酒金三角酒文化旅游现状的研究、旅游资源的梳理和使用情况分析,总结和探析该区域酒文化旅游的进一步开发前景,以及对地区和企业发展的促进作用。中国白酒金三角酒文化旅游资源丰富而深厚的文化内涵,孕育了众多的中国白酒著名品牌。未来以"酒产业+旅游"相融合的全域旅游为基本模式,通过政府牵头、协会参与、企业搭台、专业旅游企业的共同参与,规划先行,区域联动打造旅游精品项目,同时通过不断提升景区级别,加强世界遗产申报力度等,推动中国白酒金三角酒文化旅游的快速发展。

Analysis of the Liquor Culture-Oriented Tourism Resources in Chinese Baijiu-Making Golden Triangle

Chinese Baijiu-making golden triangle covers Luzhou and Yibin in Sichuan and Zunyi in Guizhou. The region has long liquor-making history and rich and profound liquor cultures. In this study, based on field investigation and literature research, the present situation of liquor culture-oriented tourism and the related tourism resources were analyzed, the development prospects of liquor culture-oriented tourism in this region were summed up and its role in promoting regional development was discussed. In the future, the basic tourism pattern with the integration of Baijiu industry and tourism should involve the government, the industrial associations, the enterprises, and the professional travel agencies. The scientific planning and their co-operation shall aim at building topquality tourism projects and enhancing the scenic spots levels and further advancing rapid development of the tourism industry in the region.
