基于费控电能表的电费远程充值业务优化

摘    要:针对本地费控智能电能表电费远程充值失败的问题,通过分析电费远程充值原理及电费远程下发过程各环节,确定其主要原因为电费下发流程出现错误。在此基础上分析集抄功能和远程充值功能的差别,提出电费远程充值成功率指标,根据其影响因素制订提高远程充值成功率的措施并应用于实践,充值成功率明显提高。

Abstract:In view of the failure of remote recharge of local charge control electric meter, the main reason is that errorsoccur in each link of the electricity fee sending process by analyzing the principle and the process of remote recharge.Further more, the difference between the centralized reading function and the remote recharge function is analyzed in thepaper, and the index of success rate of remote recharge of electricity bill is put forward. The measures to improve thesuccess rate of remote recharge are formulated and applied to practice, and the recharge success rate has been improvedsignificantly.
