摘    要:依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T 27411-2012《检测实验室中常用不确定度评定方法与表示》两个不确定度相关标准,对GB/T13662-2018《黄酒》中总糖的测定(亚铁氰化钾滴定法)的测量不确定度进行评定,根据《黄酒》亚铁氰化钾滴定法测定黄酒总糖含量的分析方法,建立数学模型,找出检测过程中影响结果的不确定度分量来源并进行评定分析,最终得出不确定度评定结果。

Abstract:According to JJF 1059.1-2012 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty and GB/T 27411-2012 evaluation and expression of uncertainty commonly used in testing laboratories,the measurement uncertainty of total sugar in yellow wine(potassium ferrocyanide titration)of GB/t13662-2018 is evaluated,and the total sugar in yellow wine is determined according to potassium ferrocyanide titration of yellow wine Content analysis method,establish mathematical model,find out the sources of uncertainty components that affect the results in the detection process and carry out evaluation analysis,and finally get the uncertainty evaluation results.
