| 摘 要： | 本文从城市规划制度与社会发展的互动关系入手,以制度经济学中制度变迁理论的研究为指导,分析了中国城市规划制度功能的发挥及作用方式的演变并在历史回顾的基础上讨论了当前城市规划制度所面临的特殊困境及制度根源,进而指出经济社会的协调发展将是未来中国城市规划制度创新的目标指向。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the interaction relationship of the urban planning institutions and social development and taking system changing theory in institutional economics as the guidance, the paper investigates the function and performance of the urban planning system in China.Based on the history review, this paper also points out that the social and economic coordination is the aim of the city planning innovation in the future after the special difficulties and their origins of city planning system had been analyzed. |
