摘    要:对将模态试验方法应用于轮胎异常磨损研究进行了探索,通过对某轿车新、旧(异常磨损)195/65R1591V型Hankook轮胎进行模态试验,测取了新、旧轮胎在高、中、低三种胎压时的模态数据,并使用最新的多参考最小二乘复频域模态分析方法对实测数据进行分析。通过对新、旧轮胎在高、中、低三种胎压下模态参数的分析对比,得到轮胎固有动态特性随轮胎的磨损和胎压的降低而降低的变化规律,从而得出轮胎异常磨损对轮胎动态特性变化的影响。为研究轮胎的异常磨损机理提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:The tire abnormal wear mechanism was studied by using modal experimental method.The modal tests for the new and old 195/165R15 91V Hankook tires were carried out.The experimental modal parameters were acquired for the tire under high,middle and low pressure.The multiple inputs Least Squares Frequency Domain method(LSCF)was used to analyze the test data.Through the experimental modal analysis,the influence of the tire's wear on its dynamic characteristics waw investigated.And the influence rule of the tire's dynamic characteristics'changing to the tire's abnormal wearing was obtained.
