共聚PET固相聚合粘度变化规律的研究

摘    要:利用固相聚合生产装置,研究了共聚PET固相聚合反应温度、停留时间、氮气流量、催化剂含量、基础切片端羧基含量对增粘的影响。结果表明:在一定的工艺条件下,产品粘度随反应温度提高、停留时间的延长及催化剂含量的增大而增大;当气固比大于0.3时,增大氮气流量对增粘速率不再产生影响。

Abstract:The effect of reaction temperature,nitrogen flow,carboxyl content of raw chip,resident time and catalyst content in raw chip on viscosity of SSP was studied,the result is that the viscosity of SSP is increased with the reaction temperature,resident time and the content of catalyst increased,when gas and solid ratio is up to 0.3,the change of nitrogen flow has no effect on viscosity.
