| 摘 要： | 基于模外装饰工艺原理设计了模外装饰设备的整体结构，主要包括加热部分、换膜部分和贴膜部分，其能够满足工艺要求。根据设备所需的空气压力和真空度确定选择了TA-65型单级风冷往复式空压机和2BV水环式真空泵。对加热伺服进给系统进行了分析与校正，校正后系统的瞬时特性和稳态特性得到大大提高。

Design of Overall Structure Outside Mold Decoration |

| Abstract: | The overall structure of outside mold decoration was designed, which was composed of heating, changing, and posting sections, and equipped with a single stage air-cooling reciprocating air compressor（TA-65）and a water ring vacuum pump（2BV）. The system of heating servo feed was analyzed and corrected, with the transient and steady state characteristics of the system obviously improved. |
