摘 要: | 本研究通过CO2超临界萃取法萃取烤烟烟草花蕾中的挥发性成分,然后用蒸馏萃取法对其萃取物进行前处理,通过GC-MS分析萃取物的挥发性成分。分析结果鉴定出,挥发性成分中含有醇类11种,酯类7种,酸类8种,烷烃类8种,萜烯类8种,酮类6种,醛类2种,氮杂环化合物4种。这些挥发性成分中含有大量的烟草致香成分。

Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of volatile components of flue-cured tobacco flowers extraction and analysis |

Abstract: | In this study, CO2 supercritical extraction flue-cured tobacco flowers extraction of volatile components, and then extract its distillation extraction method for pre-treatment, by GC-MS analysis of volatile components in the extract. The results identified the volatile component contained 11 kinds of alcohols, esters, 7 species acids 8 species, 8 kinds alkanes, terpenes 8 species of 6 kinds of ketones, aldehydes 2 species, Heterocyclic Compounds four kinds. These volatile components contain a lot of tobacco aroma components. |
