新型涂布内衬纸的性能与应用分析

新型涂布内衬纸，是以水性丙烯酸酯树脂和云母粉复合溶液为面层涂布液，琼脂水溶液为背层涂布液，经过背涂和面涂两次涂布工序涂覆于原纸的两侧而制得。文中，对该涂布内衬纸的阻气性和阻湿性进行了测试，发现涂布内衬纸的阻气和阻湿性能与真空直接镀铝内衬纸在同一水平，可以满足卷烟包装的需求；分析了涂布内衬纸中挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）和重金属含量，含量均在较低水平，很好满足有关行业标准要求；同时，对上机适用性进行了分析，该内衬纸具有上机应用的普遍可行性；最后，分析指出涂布内衬纸具有良好市场应用前景。 

Performance and application of the novel coated inner liner for cigarette

The coated inner liner for cigarette is a new packing material in cigarette packaging field. It is composed of raw paper and coating on both sides. The front side of raw paper is coated by the mixture of the water-based acrylic resin and mica. While the aqueous solution of agar is used as the back coating liquid. This paper briefly introduces the coated inner liner structure and production process. Compared with the vacuum aluminum-metallized paper, the gas barrier properties and moisture resistance of the coated inner liner were well-matched. The content of volatile organic compounds and heavy metal were controlled at a low level. Finally, the author presents its applicability and market applications.
