烤烟新品种中烟204选育及其应用评价

本文报道的烤烟新品种中烟204是以综合抗性较强的抗88为母本与抗黑胫病，中抗青枯病，感赤星病、病毒病和气候斑点病的烤烟品种K326为父本，通过杂交选育而成。试验结果证明:该品种对TMV免疫，对CMV、PVY等病毒病耐性较强，抗黑胫病，气候斑点病，轻感角斑病；烤后原烟柠檬色，油分较多，叶片结构疏松；主要化学成分含量适宜，比较协调，符合工业需求；主要经济指标优于目前主栽对照品种；是一个在烟草产量、质量、经济效益、抗性等方面较能兼顾的优良烤烟杂交种。 

Development of a new flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongyan-204 and its application evaluation

Through hybrid recombination, a new flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongyan-204 was developed by crossing the female parent tobacco strain 88 which is resistant to multiple diseases and the male parent variety NC82 which has moderate resistance to tobacco bacterial wilt but is susceptible to brown spot, viral disease and weather fleck. Results showed that the new variety had immunity to TMV and strong patience for CMV, PVY. It was resistant to black shank, weather fleck, and sub infection to Angular spot. The cured leaf was rich in oil and loose structure and well distributed orange color. The chemical composition was favorable and well proportioned to meet the requirements of manufacturing cigarettes. Compared with the main check variety, the new varieties’ major economic indicator was better. In conclusion, Zhongyan-204 was a variety with favorable characters suitable for Chinas main tobacco growing areas.
