透明壳盖侧抽模热流道系统的设计

摘    要:以汽车仪表盘透明壳盖为例,分析了壳盖侧抽热流道模具的结构,重点介绍了I型2点热流道系统的设计思路和工作过程,对热流道板功率和热流道系统热膨胀进行了设计计算,采用浇口波位设计及隔热措施。结果表明,该模具结构设计合理,节约能源,提高产品品质,易于自动化生产。

Hot Runner System Design of Injection Molds with Side-sliders for Transparent Shell-like Covers
Abstract:The article analysizes the structure of a hot runner mold with side-sliders according to the shell-like cover part used ofr car dashboard. Especially the mold design and molding process were have described; and the needed power of the manifold and the expansion of the system were have also calculated. In this mold, the gate wave design and heat insulation were adopted. The mold is exact and compact, which can efficiently save material, and improve the part quality and work automatically.
