不同光质LED补光对日光温室内光环境及烟苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用蓝、黄、红色发光二级管(LED)作为发光光源对日光温室烟苗补光, 以不补光为对照,研究了不同光质LED补光对日光温室内光环境及烟苗生长的影响。结果表明:蓝色LED补光、黄色LED补光和红色LED补光均显著增加日光温室内的光能,改变温室内的光质,调控温室内烟苗的生长。蓝色LED补光显著提高温室内400~510nm波段的光能和所占比例,烟苗茎粗、干质量、根冠比和壮苗指数最大,显著大于对照和其他处理,但株高最低。黄色LED补光显著提高温室内510~610nm波段的光能和所占比例,烟苗株高较高。红色LED补光显著提高温室内610~720nm波段的光能和所占比例,烟苗光合速率最高,株高显著高于对照和蓝色LED补光处理,干质量、根冠比、壮苗指数显著大于对照和黄色LED补光处理。该研究结果为烤烟育苗温室内LED补光光质的选择及烟苗生长的调控提供依据。

Effects of different light qualities LED supplement on light environment and tobacco seedling growth in solar greenhouse
Abstract:Blue,yellow,red LED light were supplied during flue-cured tobacco seedling period in solar greenhouse, and no supplied light was used as control. Effects of different light qualities LED supplement on light environment and tobacco seedling growth in solar greenhouse were studied. Results indicated that blue, yellow, red LED supplement significantly increased light energy, changed light quality and controlled tobacco seedling growth. Blue LED supplement significantly increased light energy and proportion of 400~510nm wavelength, and stem diameter, dry quality, root-shoot ratio and seedling index were the highest and plant height was the lowest with blue LED supplement among the treatments. Yellow LED supplement significantly increased 510~610nm wavelength light energy and proportion, and plant height was highest with yellow LED supplement among the treatments. Red LED light supplement significantly increased 610~720nm wavelength light energy and proportion, and leaf photosynthesis was the highest with red LED supplement among the treatments. Results can provide basis for light quality LED supplement choice and tobacco seedling growth control in solar greenhouse.
