摘 要: | 为确定烟气中氰化氢的主要来源,采用卷烟模拟燃吸装置研究了卷烟烟气中氰化氢的前体成分,明确了前体成分与氰化氢释放量的量效关系。结果表明:烟气中氰化氢的主要前体成分为蛋白质、脯氨酸和天冬酰胺,它们对烟气中氰化氢的贡献率分别为85.13%、3.55%和1.59%;烟气中氰化氢与前体成分具有线性关系,且氰化氢释放量随着前体成分含量的增加而增加。

Study of the dose-effect relationship on the important precursors of hydrogen cyanide in cigarette smoke |

Abstract: | In order to confirm the origin of hydrocyanic acid,the precursors of hydrocyanic acid in cigarette smoke was studied by a home-made smoking simulator of rapid heating. The dose-effect relationship between the yield of HCN and the quantity of precursors was determined. The results showed that the important precursors were protein, proline and asparagine amide,the contribution to HCN in cigarette smoke was respectively 85.13%,3.55% and 1.59%. The relation between the yield of HCN and the quantity of precursors was a linear correlation,and the release of HCN increased with increasing the content of precursors. |
