煤炭企业人才发展战略的思考

摘    要:煤炭企业人才缺乏是困扰煤炭企业多年的问题,严重阻碍了煤炭企业的发展。针对煤炭企业人才发展现状进行分析,提出人才是煤炭企业发展的一个重要核心,培养、引进、用好人才,充分发挥企业人才资源的效益,是企业不断发展进步的源泉和动力,并提出做好煤炭企业人才规划、继续争取国家政府支持、加强和煤炭高等院校的合作、体制和机制上创造条件等一系列措施做好煤炭企业人才发展战略,全面提升煤炭企业竞争力。

Abstract:Coal enterprises is the lack of talent troubled years of coal enterprises,is a serious impediment to the development of the coal enterprises.In this article the development of the coal enterprise talent to undertake a situation analysis,the proposed coal enterprises talent is an important development in the core,training and introduction of the use of the talent,give full play to human resources efficiency is constant development and progress of the source and the power,do a good job and make coal enterprises talent planning,continue to get the country's support of the government and strengthen the institutions of higher education and coal cooperation,institutional mechanism and create conditions for a series of measures to step up coal enterprises talent development strategy to upgrade the overall competitiveness of coal enterprises.
