村镇建设科研成果标准化适用性评判研究

摘    要:为保障村镇建设科研成果标准化集成工作,有效提高村镇建设标准的质量和水平,确保村镇建设标准在村镇建设活动中的实际需求,针对村镇建设科研成果标准化适用性进行评判研究。基于村镇建设科研成果标准化适用性评判指标体系的设计原则,使用专家调查法初步确定村镇建设科研成果标准化适用性评判指标,并通过SPSS软件应用计算对评判指标进行优化处理,最终确立了村镇建设科研成果标准化适用性评判指标体系。利用G1法确定了各评判指标的权重,在此基础上构建了村镇建设科研成果标准化适用性评判模型,有利于村镇建设科研成果的判定甄别。通过实证案例分析,验证了该评判模型的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract:To guarantee standardized integration's work of scientific achievement in village and town construction field and enhance standard's quality to insure actual demand for village and town construction activities,there has a research on evaluating scientific achievement standardized adaptability in village and town construction field. The scientific achievement standardized adaptability evaluating index in village and town construction field is based on the evaluation index system design principle the expert investigation method. With SPSS software applied computing, the evaluation index system has been set up. The index weight is applied the improved G1 method and the evaluation model of scientific achievement adaptability in village and town construction field has built on these foundation. Through the case analysis about heated brick bed's scientific achievement in northern rural areas,it has verify validity and operability of this evaluation model.
