质量过程评审方法在地铁车辆段工程项目中的应用研究

探索工程质量过程控制方法以求解决工程质量管理中的过程稳定性问题。通过构建工程质量过程评审体系，并以广州地铁车辆段工程项目为案例实施该质量过程评审体系，对其适用性做了实证分析。该工程的评审结果为有条件具备质量能力，依据评审结果对具体评审要素进行分析，分别从过程稳定、质量柔性、过程效率和供应保障四方面总结了工程质量过程控制中存在的问题，并针对落实度低于6 分的评审问题制定了改进措施。本研究关注质量系统的有效性，以达到工程成熟和过程稳定的质量目标，丰富了工程质量管理研究内容。

Application of Quality Process Audit System for Construction Projects

A quality process control method is explored in this study in order to solve the problem of quality process stability in construction project management. By establishing a construction quality process audit system,and an important public construction project in Guangzhou is chosen to be the study case,the quality process audit is employed to analyze its applicability. According to the results of the evaluation,the project is at the level of conditional quality capable,and problems of the quality process management in the project are summarized into four aspects,including process stability,quality flexibility,process efficiency,and supplier capability management. Measures are suggested for the assessment questions of which the compliance rate are less than 6. This research focuses on the effectiveness of the quality system in order to achieve project maturity and process stability,which extends the project quality management research.
