摘    要: 针对迁钢1580热连轧生产线F2轧机在轧制薄规格产品时频繁出现的异常振动现象,组织了对其扭振、垂振及水平振动的综合测试。分析表明:轧机扭振和垂振是受迫振动,激励来自工作辊水平振动,工作辊轴承座衬板与机架衬板间间隙过大是造成轧机振动的直接原因,提出了减小工作辊轴承座与机架间间隙的振动抑制方案。现场对工作辊轴承座分别加装0.3和0.7mm两种规格的衬板垫片进行了试验,测试信号显示异常振动明显减弱甚至消失,效果令人满意。

Abstract:For the abnormal vibration phenomena frequently occurring in the rolling of thin gauge products on Finisher 2 (F2) of 1580 hot strip mill of Qiangang, a comprehensive test about its torsional vibration, vertical vibration and horizontal vibration was done. The results show that the torsional vibration and vertical vibration are forced vibration, and the excitation is from horizontal vibration of work rolls. The too large gap between the work roll bearing liner and rack liner is the direct cause of the mill vibration. So, to suppress the vibration, a program which is to reduce the gap between the work roll bearing and rack has been suggested. On the site, two sizes liner gasket with thickness of 0.3 and 0.7 mm has been installed on the work roll bearing respectively. The tested signal shows that the abnormal vibration is significantly reduced or even disappeared. The results are satisfying.
