基于MUSE软件的板翅式换热器设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了板翅式换热器的基本结构和建模方法,运用MUSE软件对电站消烟降温系统所用板翅式换热器进行设计,给出了换热器最优设计结果和详细结构参数,并对其进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,换热器热负荷特性良好。通过消烟降温系统试验分析,经换热器降温后的烟气温度与外界环境温差远小于4℃,达到了换热器的设计要求,具有良好的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Both basic structure and modeling method for plate-fin heat exchangers were introduced.The MUSE was applied to plate-fin heat exchanger design of the power station's cooling and dedusting system,and both optimal design result and detailed structure parameters were presented and simulated.The simulation results prove the outstanding heat-loading performance.The experiment on the cooling and dedusting system shows that the error between flue gas temperature after heat exchanging and ambient temperature is far less than 4℃ as the design required.It boasts of good application value.
