强对流铝材退火炉退火过程的研究

摘    要:以40 t铝材退火炉为研究对象,在试验研究基础上,设计了一套以S7-300 PLC为核心,模糊参数自整定PID控制方式为基础的温度控制系统。同时采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对退火炉内铝卷内部流场进行数值模拟,以获得铝卷内的温度场分布,并将数值模拟值与温控系统实测值进行比较,为铝材退火炉的设计和实验进一步研究提供参考。实际结果表明,该控制系统运行效果稳定,温度超调量小,控制精度高,温度均匀性好,热效率高。并且数值模拟计算结果与实际生产数据之间有较好的一致性。

Abstract:The flow field in the aluminum of 40 t aluminum-annealing furnace was designed a PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy temperaturecontrol system whose core is S7-300 PLC on the basis of the experimental studies.And simulate the fluent field of aluminum's inner for annealing fur-nace by ANSYS software in order to gain the temperature field and compare the simulation result with practice result of control system,so that it offer reference for the design of aluminum annealing furnace and experiment.The practical results show that this system has a better stability,less exceed measure,better quality of control and temperature well-proportioned,higher heat efficiency.The consistency is well between calculated results and experimental data for aluminum temperature.
