超临界1000 MW机组控制策略问题

摘    要:从超临界机组控制工程的特殊性即从系统规模庞大、要求快速控制和快速保护,闭环系统的可控性和工程实际出发,指出分散控制系统(DCS)必须具有闭环控制的快速性,是一个很重要的技术特性。并以此为基点,研究了超临界机组控制策略问题。文章介绍了基于机组负荷指令的协调控制方法,以及有成功使用经验的动态加速信号;对于超临界机组非常重要的蒸汽控制策略,分折了可能的作法,推荐使用预测控制方法。上述方法,在国外工程中均有使用经验。

Abstract:Starting from the particularity of control project of supercritical pressure unit,it is indicated that,The rapidity of DCS closed loop control is one important technical property. With this as basi point,the control tactics problem of supercritical pressure generating unit is studied. The paper briefs the unit's load command based coordinated control method as well as the dynamic acceleration signal with successful using experience;for the extremely important steam control tactics of supercritical unit,analyzes the possible doing method,recommends to use predictive control method. The afore mentioned methods have had the experiences of being used in the foreign projects.
