UV固化水性聚氨酯/粉煤灰复合材料的制备及其涂膜性能的研究

摘    要:将微米级的粉煤灰(FA)用于可紫外光固化水性聚氨酯的改性,以改善水性聚氨酯的耐水性能。首先用KH-550对粉煤灰进行表面改性,再通过偶联剂中—NH2基团与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)的反应制得表面带有—NCO基团的改性粉煤灰。原位反应制备可紫外光固化的WPU/FA复合材料,复合体系中粉煤灰的掺杂量达到5%。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了粉煤灰颗粒及复合物薄膜的表面形态,测试结果证明这种回收利用的无机粒子能够改善水性聚氨酯材料的耐水性能和机械性能,其耐热性能也有明显的提升。

Abstract:Micron grade fly ash (FA) was used to modify the UV-curable waterborne polyurethane to improving its water resistance. Firstly, KH-550 was used for the surface modification of fly ash, through the reaction of coupling agent (--NH2 groups) and IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate) to prepare fly ash with --NCO groups on surface. The WPU/FA UV-curable composite material which contained 5% fly ash was successfully obtained by in-situ reaction method. The surface morphology of FA was observed by SEM. The results show that the inorganic FA can improve the water resistance and mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane materials, its thermal capability could also be promoted.
