振动流化床(VFB)干燥性能及传热特性的研究

摘    要:以易粘结的工业级细硫铵为研究对象,研究了振动流化床的干燥性能及传热特性。分析了各操作参数对硫酸铵恒速干燥速率的影响,并导出了经验方程;测定了硫铵细粒子在振动流化床中恒速干燥阶段的传热系数,并得出传热关联式。模型计算值与实测值能较好吻合。

Abstract:The effects of various operating conditions on the constant drying rate are studied in a model vibro-fluidized bed with ammonium sulphate of sticky and fine particles as the sample material,and the heat transfer coefficient of the particles is measured,The empirical equations are obtained by interpretation. The results calculated with the equations agree with the experimental data well.
