摘    要:合成气压缩机在投用以后,因振动原因达不到满负荷生产,通过对故障现象分析,确定振动由气流激振引发,通过对气封和轴承进行改进,达到了设备稳定运行的目的。

Abstract:After the syngas compressor is put into use a full-load production is not achieved due to vibration,with the analysis of failure causes it is determined that this is initiated by an airflow excitation and with the improvement of air seal and bearing a stable running of the equipment reached.
