摘    要:对锰源工业电解二氧化锰(EMD)进行人工研磨或球磨处理,再以熔融浸渍法合成锰酸锂(LiMn2O4)正极材料.对制备的LiMn2O4进行SEM、XRD和电化学性能分析,考察球磨时间对EMD粒径和形貌的影响.球磨处理EMD能改善LiMn2O4的电化学性能,当球磨时间为8h时,产物的晶粒大小均匀,结晶度较高.在3.40~4....

Abstract:Manganese source industrial electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD) was treated by manual grinding or ball-milling,lithium manganese oxide(LiMn2O4) cathode materials were synthesized by melt-impregnation method.The prepared LiMn2O4 was analyzed by SEM,XRD and electrochemical performance to investigate the effects of ball-milling time on the grain size and morphology of EMD.Ball-milling treating to EMD could improve the electrochemical performance of LiMn2O4.When the ball-milling time was 8 h,the product had a uniform partical size and high degree of crystallinity,the 0.5 C initial specific discharge capacity was 115.3 mAh/g when charged-discharged at 3.40~4.35 V,the capacity retention after 20 cycles was 95.5%.
