摘    要:主要利用ANSYS有限元软件对隔膜换热器的隔膜密封盘进行密封判断和应力分析,验证了密封结构的零泄漏密封,同时获得了密封结构的应力强度分布图,从图中得出密封盘位置并不是应力最大的部位,是安全可靠的,可应用在实际工程中.在获得线性化应力分析结果的基础上,通过定义路径对隔膜密封盘进行强度校核,经过分析计算后,获得了各路径上的...
