摘    要:对神朔电铁加装相控型动态无功补偿装置(SVC)后引起的无功计量方式和谐波计量方式的改变进行了详细的理论分析,并结合实际计量数据分析了计量改造后的实施效果,其理论分析结果和实际运行效果基本一致,证明该计量改造方案是成功的。

Abstract:The change of reactive-power measuring mode and harmonic-wave measuring mode after additional installation of phase- controlled type dynamic static var compensation(SVC)system on Shen-Shuo electric railway has been theoretically analysed in details.The implemented effectiveness for retrofitting the measuring mode is presented combining with the practical measuring data. The result of theoretical analysis is basically identical with that of practical operation,showing that the measuring mode retrofitting scheme is successful.
