摘    要:分析烧结助剂在低温烧结制备高热导率AlN陶瓷过程中的作用和机理;综述AlN低温烧结助剂的研究实践;介绍烧结助剂的选择原则和几种不同烧结助剂体系对AlN陶瓷材料的烧结致密度与热导率的影响.

Abstract:The effects of sintering aids on sintering of AlN ceramics with high thermal conductivity at low-temperatures and its mechanisms are analyzed.The research status of the low-temperature sintering aids of AlN ceramic is reviewed.The choice principle of sintering aids and the effects of several kinds of sintering aids on the density and heat conductivity of AlN ceramics are introduced.
