| 摘 要： | 国内外多起大面积停电事故发生后,电压稳定及动态无功支撑日渐成为电网无功规划研究的热点问题.提出基于微分-代数方程的短期电压稳定和基于潮流方程(PV曲线)的长期电压稳定的动态无功规划方法,对2010年华东电网进行动态无功储备评估和动态无功需求研究.
