镧铈稀土PVC热稳定剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以包头稀土矿初步分离得到的镧铈混合稀土、氰尿酸、硝酸、氢氧化钠为原料合成了聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂——氰尿酸镧铈,通过刚果红试纸法研究了氰尿酸镧铈对PVC的热稳定作用及变色情况的影响,并与氰尿酸镧、硬脂酸镧、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌等热稳定剂进行了比较。结果表明:氰尿酸镧铈具有良好的热稳定作用,其热稳定效果与硬脂酸镧相近,略逊于氰尿酸镧,但完全可以作为热稳定剂单独使用,从而省掉分离镧铈混合稀土而产生的额外费用。

Abstract:A rare-earth PVC thermal stabilizer— La/Ce cyanurate was prepared from cyanuric acid,sodium hydroxide,nitric acid and La/Ce rare-earth primary separating from Baotou rare-earth mine.The effects of La/Ce cyanurate served as thermal stabilizer on PVC stability and discoloration were studied and compared with other stabilizers by Congo-red test paper.The results show that the LaCe cyanurate has favorable stabilization efficiency similar to lanthanum stearate(slightly worse than lanthanum cyanurate),and can be used as single stabilizer in PVC,therefore,the extra cost which coming from the separation of La-Ce rare-earth can be saved.
