HTC手机保护套注塑模设计

摘    要:分析了手机保护套的成型工艺,详细阐述了手机保护套注塑模结构设计要点与工作过程,模具采用了三板模结构、点浇口进料、成型推杆推出、斜楔自动抽芯机构,可大幅度提高模具使用寿命和可靠性,实践证明模具结构合理,脱模顺利,塑件质量满足要求。

Abstract:The mobile phone protective cover molding process was analyzed,the key of phone protective cover injection mold structure design and working process were elaborated,the mold was employed with a three-plate mold structure,the feed point gate,forming ejecting mechanism,automatic core puller with wedge,which can improve the service life and reliability of mold greatly.The practices prove that the mold is reasonable in structure,smoothly in ejection,and the quality of the plastic parts meets the requirements.
