摘    要:以高密度聚乙烯和木粉为主要原料,采用热压成型的方法制备木塑复合材料。测量复合材料腐蚀前后的质量变化、弯曲强度、色差、表面张力和表面形貌,研究了纳米载银抗菌剂对木塑复合材料抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:纳米载银抗菌剂对木塑复合材料具有一定的抗菌效果,且纳米载银抗菌剂用量为4.5份时,其抗菌效果最佳。

Abstract:Wood-plastic composites(WPC) were prepared by molding process using high density polyethylene and wood fiber as the main raw materials.The influence of nano-silver antimicrobial powder treatments on WPC was investigated by testing the weight loss,flexural strength,color change,surface tension,as well as surface images before and after corrosion.The results show that nano-silver antimicrobial powder has effect on the corrosion of WPC,and the antimicrobial effect of WPC with the content of 4.5 phr nano-silver antimicrobial powder is optimal.
