| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了圆柱分布函数ＣＤＦ分析法的基本原理，在此基础上用Ｆｏｒｔｒａｎ语言编写了通用性较强的ＣＤＦ９２型程序，并已用于ＰＥＴ取向非晶态结构分析。

| Abstract: | In this peper, we have discussed the basic priciple of Cylindrical Distribution Function Analysis Method. On the basis of the principle a relatively wide used program CDF92 was compiled with Fortran Language. This program is composed of 7 functional blocks which include :a)Computing of basic data, b).Mc (k)calculation , c)Correction for, d)Computing of intensity normalition factor, e)Computing of, e)Computing of,f)CDF calculation by Sampled Trarisform Method,g)Program for drafting.Proper data are input to computer by control of the main program to run continuously and obtain directly the results of CDF. Not only may the program be run in IBM compatibles, but also planted to use in the X-ray diffractometer with slightly improvement. Besides,it has been applied in the structual analysis of oriented mesophase of PET. |
