小功率并网逆变器驱动电路设计

摘    要:并网逆变器作为分布式发电系统中的重要设备之一,其驱动电路的设计尤为重要。针对并网逆变器中对驱动电路的实际要求,提出了一种由分立元件组成的高性能驱动电路设计方案。实验结果表明,该驱动电路结构简单、安全可靠,同时具备良好的驱动性能,完全满足并网逆变器主电路的驱动要求,具有较强的实际应用价值。
