摘    要:数控机床伺服系统的性能决定了数控机床加工的精度,对其性能及影响性能的因素进行分析,提出了使系统达到最佳性能调整的基本准则和设定方法,探讨了提高伺服系统性能的一些措施,对伺服系统的应用提供了思路和方法。

Abstract:The precision of CNC machine tools largely depends on the performance of the servo system.Based on the analysis of the performance and effect factors of the servo system,the paper put forward the fundamental principle of adjusting the servo system up to the best performance.Meanwhile,it discussed some measures to improve the performance of the servo system,and provided the idea and method of the servo system application.
