无刷双馈电机的转子结构优化设计

摘    要:分析了无刷双馈电机的运行原理,介绍了电机的定、转子结构的设计方法。以一台(6+2)极的普通凸极转子无刷双馈电机为例,采用田口法对电机转子结构进行优化设计,通过信噪比分析得到了电机转子结构设计中的一些基本结论。有限元电磁场仿真分析结果证明了田口法的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:The operating principle of Brushless Doubly-fed Machine(BDFM) was analyzed and the design methods of stator and rotor structure were introduced.This paper took the salient rotor of BDFM which has six and two poles for example,focused on the structure optimal design process using the Taguchi method,obtained some basic conclusions in the rotor structure design of BDFM by the analysis of signal to noise ratio.The analysis of FEM shows that the Taguchi method is effective and accuracy.
