三圆柱定子纵-弯复合模式超声波电机的研制与实验

摘    要:该文研究了三圆柱定子纵-弯复合模式超声波电机的驱动机理,设计制作了三圆柱定子纵-弯模式的新型结构电机,并进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,该类型电机不但结构简单紧凑,而且具有良好的输出性能,如反应速度快、控制特性好,低速大转矩等,设计达到了预期目标。

Abstract:The three cylindrical stator longitudinal ' flexural composite model ultrasonic motor drive mechanism was studied,the three cylindrical stator longitudinal ' flexural composite model ultrasonic motor of a new structure motor was designed and manufactured,and the experiment test was made.Results indicate that the type of motor is simple and compact structure,and has good performance,such as fast response speed,good control characteristics and low'speed and large torque,the expected design objective has been ...
