聚丙烯生产技术研究开发进展

摘    要:综述了聚丙烯(PP)生产工艺以及催化剂的研究开发新进展。指出多区循环反应器技术和双峰工艺将成为未来PP的主要生产工艺,系列化、高性能化是Ziegler—Natta催化剂的发展方向,随着茂金属催化剂应用的拓宽,非茂单活性中心催化剂将成为今后研究开发的热点。

Abstract:The recent progress in research and development of technologies and catalysts of polypropylene (PP) were reviewed in this paper .The technology of multizone circulating reactor and bimodal PP were predicted to take the dominant position in production of PP. Ziegler-Natta catalysts would continue to develop in the direction of forming a series product and possessing high performance. The single active site catalyst of non-metallocene will become a focal point of research and development with the widening application of metallocene catalyst.
